GCI’s consultant team includes specialized experts for windows and doors, wall systems, roofing and waterproofing. Our philosophy is that no one consultant could possibly be an expert with all exterior envelope systems, which is why our specialist consultant’s areas of expertise are narrowly defined. At the same time, as a company, we can offer extensive resources through our consultant team.

GCI's services include design assistance, investigation of building envelope problems, development of repair solutions, field water infiltration testing, new construction quality control services, codes and standards consulting, and expert witness and litigation assistance. Our clients include building owners, developers, property managers, asset managers, architects, engineers, contractors, manufacturers, insurance companies and attorneys.

GCI’s consultants are located throughout the state of Florida and we practice nationwide and internationally. We commonly work outside the state of Florida for a wide range of clients that seek our unique expertise and high level of competence. We employ full time field test crews with fully equipped mobile vans and have travel field test crews that can be made available on short notice to virtually anywhere there is airline service.
