GCI was retained as a building envelope consultant for glazing, waterproofing and roofing by the project Architect to assist with the development of plans and specifications. GCI was then retained by the Owner for Building Envelope New Construction Quality Control Services for glazing, waterproofing and roofing that included extensive site observations and field water infiltration tests.
